The Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM) of the Astronautical Society of India (ASI) for the year 2007-2008, is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 5, 2008 at 17.30 hrs at Auditorium, ISRO Headquarters, Bangalore after the Technical meet as given below.

AGENDA

1. Confirmation of the Proceedings of the Annual General Body Meeting held at DRDL, Hyderabad on 24^th January 2006.
2. Presentation of the Annual Report for the year 2007-2008  covering:

            -         Technical Activities
            -         Accounts

3. Announcement of the new Executive Committee.
4. Any other matter

The annual report of the Society will be distributed to the members shortly.  All the members of the Society are requested to make it convenient to attend the Annual General Body Meeting and the technical meet.
